Position: EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONERS

School website:(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and caring Early Years Support Assistants and Early Years Apprentices to join our Outstanding maintained nursery school.

You will support children’s learning and development through play, build positive relationships with children and families, and work as part of a nurturing, child-centred team. Experience is welcomed but not essential for apprentice roles.

Flexible Working

Working patterns are negotiable and may include mornings, afternoons, part-week or Monday–Friday. All roles are term time only. Nursery opening hours are 7.30am–5.30pm.

This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro –rata basis.

Essential Qualifications
  • NVQ level 2 or above qualification –appropriate to the post (Early years or equivalent)
Essential Experience
  • Experience of working with or caring for children of relevant age
Desirable Experience
  • Experience of working in a relevant classroom/service environment
  • Experience of Administrative work
  • Experience of supporting pupils with challenging behaviour
