Cheshire College South & West is recruiting two Job Coaches to support our Supported Internship learners across Crewe and Ellesmere Port campuses. This fixed-term role runs to June 2027, 37 hours per week, with a pro rata salary of £26,592–£29,838 per annum.
You will deliver 1:1 coaching to learners with SEN on employment placements, build links with employers, and help learners progress towards paid work. Requirements include Level 2 or equivalent, GCSE English and Maths (Grade
C), and
