Learning Support Assistant

Randstad are recruiting a number of Learning Support Assistants for Belfast Metropolitan College for the 2026/2027 academic year on a part-time basis for term time roles.

Please note these roles are due to start from September and are on a term time temporary basis.

If you are experienced working with young people and vulnerable adults in an education, medical or training setting, this may be the role for you!

Requirements

• Essential
• English GCSE at Grade C or above, OR Essential Skills level 2 (or higher) in Communication, or equivalent is preferred
• Maths GCSE at Grade C or above, OR Essential Skills level 2 (or higher) in Numeracy, or equivalent is preferred
• Have experience of working with teenagers or adultswith mild, moderate, or severe learning difficulties, physical disabilities and/or long-term medical condition
