Using our smart learning tool, Compass,you’lldeliver tailored sessions where youfacilitatelearning through questioning,scaffolding and stretching.

With a 1:6 ratio,you’llget to know each child and create a safe, inspiring environment where they can take risks and develop a lifelong love of learning.
Drivingacademicprogress

Support members as they work through the national curriculum, entrance exams, and GCSE preparation, celebrating milestones and successes along the way.
You'llthrive as an Explore Learning tutor if you
:
Are confident leading sessions with small groups (1:6), inspiring children to engage in their learning, using positive behaviour management strategies, and consistently prioritising their safety and wellbeing.
Feel comfortable supporting children aged 4–16 across the national curriculum, including 11+ entrance exams and GCSE content.
Are committed to building meaningful, long-term relationships, providing the consistency and stability that helps children thrive.
