The UK-SIFS Training Manager will lead the design, development, and delivery of a high-quality doctoral training programme for the EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) in UK Semiconductor Industry Future Skills (UK-SIFS), hosted by Swansea University in partnership with the University of Leeds.
The postholder will oversee training materials, personalised training plans for doctoral researchers, progress monitoring, and evaluating training effectiveness through feedback and metrics.
