AMA Admin in Hackney is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support students with SEMH in an Alternative Provision setting. You will build trusting relationships, help pupils regulate emotions, and promote positive learning engagement.
Working closely with teachers, families and external agencies, you will tailor support to each student's needs and track progress, with a focus on trauma-informed, restorative approaches in a nurturing environment.
