Five Education are seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a well-resourced secondary school in Taunton, Somerset, supporting students with Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and physical disabilities. Experience with SEND and managing challenging behaviour is essential.
The successful candidate will be kind, patient, and resilient, providing tailored 1:1 or small group support and working closely with teaching staff and the SENDCo to promote inclusion and progress.
