Shaw Education Trust is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support / Intervention Practitioner for our SEMH provisions at Portland School. You will deliver targeted behavioural and emotional support, conducting 1:1 and small group interventions to aid behaviour regulation and engagement.
You will build trusting relationships with pupils, families and staff, applying trauma-informed and restorative approaches to manage behaviours.
