The Suthers School is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a warm, compassionate environment where every staff member contributes to student experience.
You will support pupils with learning activities, working with the class teacher to promote progression, set targets and maintain engagement. The role starts September 2026; it is permanent, full-time but term-time only, with Scale 4 pay (£26,403–£27,269 pro-rata, £22,671–£24,164 actual per year) and a closing date of 24 August 2026.
