Aspire People is working with a welcoming primary school to recruit a Level 4 Teaching Assistant. You will deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions, supporting pupils with SEND and taking responsibility for leading learning when needed.
You will collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver activities, adapt resources for individual needs, monitor progress and promote positive behaviour. A supportive environment with CPD and progression opportunities awaits.
