Teaching Assistant with Reintegration Responsibilities -Staplehurst - Term Time

We are looking for a resilient, compassionate Teaching Assistant
with reintergration responsibiliyes to support students with social, emotional and mental health needs within our school. This is a rewarding role where you will help students re-engage with education, develop positive behaviours, and achieve success.

• Builds strong, trusting relationships with young people
• Remains calm and consistent in challenging situations
• Has high expectations for behaviour and learning
• Works well within a supportive team and has a sense of humour !

Experience in SEND, alternative provision, youth work, or pastoral support is desirable but not essential — attitude and commitment matter most.
