Job Description Hays Education are working with a mainstream primary based in the Wavertree area who are seeking a full-time Early Years Teaching Assistant to join them.

The role will involve:
Support the care, learning, and development of young children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Work under the direction of the Nursery Practitioner or Room Leader to deliver daily activities and routines Assist in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children Support children's social, emotional, physical, and educational development through play-based learning Help observe, monitor, and record children's progress and wellbeing Maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Support inclusive practice and meet individual children's needs, including those with SEND Previous Experience Required Previous experience working with EY in a mainstream nursery or private nursery Relevant Early years qualification Possession or ability to obtain enhanced DBS checks What Hays Education Offers Competitive rates of pay Ongoing support from a dedicated Hays consultant Access to free training and resources Opportunities for short-term, long-term, and permanent roles £250 refer-a-friend scheme (terms and conditions apply) Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
