Carshalton College is seeking a Learning Mentor to support and mentor learners with mental health or medical conditions, disabilities or learning difficulties, ensuring they can access the curriculum and complete their course.
The role requires experience with young people in a support/mentoring capacity, excellent communication, and a good understanding of learners' support needs. A Level 2 English/Literacy and Level 1 Maths are preferred qualifications.
