Helix Academies Trust is seeking a Pastoral Manager for Marple Hall School. The role focuses on improving student behaviour and attendance by working with parents and external agencies to foster positive attitudes and achievement. A DBS check is required on appointment.
You will join a supportive pastoral team, under the leadership of a Head of Year and Senior Leaders, to help students develop resilience and good conduct across the school day.
