We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team across several Northern Trust Adult Centre locations. Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:30am 3:30pm ideal for maintaining a great work-life balance.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker within the Adult Centre setting, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Encouraging independence and personal development Supporting individuals with daily living activities Assisting with engaging activities and planned community day trips Promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive environment This role is perfect for individuals who are caring, enthusiastic, and passionate about supporting others to achieve their full potential.
