Overview

We are searching for a candidate experienced with Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care to support learners in achieving the skills, knowledge and behaviours of their vocational course. The role is fixed term until 31

July
2027 and requires a full‑time commitment of 37hours per week.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, design and deliver high quality teaching, learning and assessment in the workplace.
  • Take responsibility for a caseload of apprentices and their E‑portfolios, ensuring timely completion within agreed timescales.
  • Ensure KPIs are achieved such as completing reviews, recording off‑the‑job activities, monitoring attendance, recording the learner journey and timely completion.
  • Motivate and inspire apprentices to achieve excellence and higher grades.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet employer needs.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Health and Social Care qualification (Level3 or higher).
  • Assessing qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience of delivery and assessment in the subject area.
  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills with ability to manage own diary.
  • Willingness to update professional development.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and commitment to a team‑based approach.
