Swansea City AFC is seeking a Head of Coaching (Direct) to lead the Foundation Phase (U9-U12) with hands-on coaching and phase-wide leadership. You will shape a high-quality, age-appropriate programme aligned with the club’s playing philosophy and long-term player development plan.
You will line-manage FP coaches, deliver internal CPD, drive IDP implementation, and coordinate training, reviews with parents and multi-disciplinary staff.
