The Role:

Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant Based in Crewe Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs Providing 1:1 and small-group support Working closely with teachers and the wider school team Helping pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally Creating a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate :
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable Patient, caring and empathetic Confident in building positive relationships with pupils Resilient and adaptable Passionate about making a difference to children's lives A proactive and positive approach to supporting learning Why Academics?
