**** 15 hours per week (8.00am-4.00pm, 30 mins unpaid lunch) preferred working days are Monday and Fridays, but other options will be considered.
**** 38 weeks per year plus 3 Professional Learning Days.
**** We are looking for an organised, proactive, and flexible Administrator to join our team.
** This is a varied role that will provide dedicated support to the SEND department. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the increasing demands of SEND administration, including EHCP processes.

The post holder will support the smooth and efficient operation of the SEND department through:
• Providing high-quality administrative support to the SEND faculty.
• Organising correspondence and liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies.
• Developing and maintaining effective administrative, filing and data management systems.
• Supporting SEND meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and producing documentation.
• Maintaining accurate student records and updating the SEND register.
• Providing day-to-day administrative support for SEND students, including assisting with appointments and communications.
• Supporting the administration of EHCP processes and associated documentation.
