*** Are you ready for an exciting journey in education, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a real difference? We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team.

The successful candidate will work as part of a skilled and supportive team of teaching assistants who specialise in working with pupils with a range of special educational needs and barriers to learning. This exciting position provides opportunities to work with our fully inclusive school including our resource base.

Key duties include holding high expectations for the children in all aspects of school life, working under the direction of the SENCO and class teachers, to support children in their learning and engagement through adapted learning activities. This role will also require the successful candidate to work as part of the inclusion team supporting and coordinating interventions and working collaboratively within the team.

The role will require you to be confident to lead and adapt learning for groups of children or on an individual basis and to assist in their learning and development of key life skills and emotional regulation.
