** Level 2 Teaching Assistant Role:
** Working alongside class teachers and support staff, you will play an important role in creating a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom.
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support to children.
• Helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.
• Supporting assessment and evidencing progress.
• Creating engaging classroom displays and learning resources.
• Accompanying children on educational visits and trips.
• Working collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to deliver excellent outcomes.
