This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teaching assistant, classroom assistant, or aspiring education professional seeking a rewarding role within a successful primary school.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support the delivery of engaging lessons and positive learning experiences for pupils across the school. You will provide both classroom and pastoral support, helping children to develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key responsibilities include
* Supporting the planning, preparation and delivery of lessons.
* Working with individual pupils, small groups and whole classes.
* Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support.
* Preparing learning resources and educational materials.
* Supporting children with different learning needs and abilities.
* Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teachers.
* Promoting pupil wellbeing, safeguarding and inclusion.
* Helping to create a safe, stimulating and positive learning environment.
* We are looking for candidates who have:
* Minimum of 3 GCSEs (Grade C/Level 4 or above), including English and Maths.
* Experience supporting learning within a school, educational or childcare setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals.
* A caring, patient and empathetic approach to working with children.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Desirable Requirements
* Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2, Level 3 or equivalent).
* Experience supporting pupils in a primary school environment.
* Knowledge of SEND and inclusive classroom practices.
