Maintain detailed, accessible records of all individual guidance sessions and report regularly on CEIAG provision to the Careers Leader and Senior Leadership Team. - Destination Tracking & Evaluation:
Track, evaluate, and report on programme effectiveness using student feedback, surveys, and long-term destination data.
You'll have a Level 6 qualification in Career Guidance and Development and proven background in careers guidance, ideally within a school setting. Can you build positive relationships with students and communicate clearly through presentations and group discussions?
We'd love to hear from you if you have up-to-date knowledge of labour market trends, educational pathways, and can work with a wide range of people to support students' needs.
