  Ensure high levels of member satisfaction by improving the daily experience and addressing their needs proactively.
• Community Builder: Build strong relationships with members through clear, empathetic, and proactive communication.
• Supplier Manager: Manage external service providers, negotiate contract terms, and help optimize operational costs.
• Problem Solver: React quickly to operational issues and implement practical, straightforward solutions.
• Supplier Scout: Research and compare new suppliers across different sectors to secure the best value for Cohabs.
• Reporting Pro: Deliver structured weekly reports covering daily tasks, team progress, and special projects.
• Property Checker: Conduct regular property checks to ensure our houses are well-maintained and meet Cohabs’ quality standards.

• Relevant Background: You are currently pursuing higher education in Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Problem Solver: You have a practical, solution-oriented mindset and can easily improvise when unexpected situations arise.
• Autonomous & Accountable: You work independently and know when to elevate key decisions to your Manager.
• Hands-On Learner: You are eager to learn both in the office and on the field.
• Team Player: You are willing to adapt your priorities and jump in to support the team when urgent operational matters arise.
• Organization Pro: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality standards.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are a driven self-starter who takes ownership and is motivated to deliver great results.
