Red House School in Norton-on-Tees is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join the Senior School and work closely with the SENCo and teaching staff to support pupils in achieving their full potential. The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting children, with a strong SEND understanding and a commitment to inclusion.
You will deliver learning and intervention programmes, provide pastoral support, and assist with exam access arrangements to help pupils
