** Salary (FTE):**£25,614 per annum
** Salary (Actual):**£4,351.33 per annum

** The Role

*** We are seeking dedicated and reliable Lunch break Supervisors to join our hard-working and supportive staff team. The successful candidates will help ensure the safety, welfare and positive behaviour of pupils during the lunchtime period.

The successful candidates will:
* Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and demonstrate a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
** Demonstrate strong teamwork skills while also being able to use their initiative.
** Have excellent communication skills.
** Show warmth, care and a full commitment to children's safety and wellbeing.
** Maintain a calm and consistent approach when interacting with children.
** Support the school’s approach to outdoor play, embracing our ‘whatever the weather’ ethos.
** Act as a vital link between children, lunchtime staff and other members of the school team.
** Be willing to participate in training and professional development.
** Adhere strictly to standards of confidentiality.

** Fluency Duty
** This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to converse at ease with pupils, parents and other users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
