Samuel King’s School in Alston, Cumberland, is seeking a part-time Teacher of Science to deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with GCSE delivery. The role is a 0.6–0.8 FTE permanent appointment starting September 2026 (or June 2026 if possible).
We welcome applicants from both newly qualified and experienced teachers. The science team collaborates across KS3/KS4, with excellent facilities and strong ECT support and CPD through local teaching initiatives.
