Term time only. Additional hours may be required during school holidays, in accordance with the needs of the school.

We are a community school with 880 students aged 11-16 years on roll. Situated in the historic town of Dalton in Furness, we enjoy being on the fringe of the Lake District National Park. We are seeking to appoint a School Administrator – Safeguarding and Welfare, to ensure the smooth, efficient and effective running of the school and to provide administrative support for the Safeguarding team.
We would welcome applications from someone who has:
- NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification and experience in relevant discipline
- Excellent and efficient administrative skills
- Ability to relate well to children and adults.
- The ability to work constructively as part of a team, understanding school roles and responsibilities and your own position within these.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure with attention to detail.
