Job purpose, tasks and responsibilitiesAs a Technical Content Developer, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining the content that underpins Phoenix's courses and qualifications. Working closely with product specialists, trainers and digital teams, you'll research, write and review engaging learning resources across a range of formats, turning complex legislation and industry guidance into clear, practical learning experiences.
You'll be Responsible for:
- Supporting course updates and accreditation changes, including syllabus revisions from awarding bodies such as NEBOSH.
- Researching, writing and reviewing learning content across a range of formats, translating complex Health & Safety information into engaging learning experiences.
- Acting as a subject matter expert, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency across our products.
- Collaborating with trainers, designers and operational teams to develop and enhance learning materials.
- Quality assuring content, ensuring it meets instructional design, brand and plain-English standards.
- Maintaining compliance and accuracy by keeping content aligned with current legislation, guidance and syllabus requirements.
- Keeping your industry knowledge up to date through ongoing professional development.
