THE ROLE

The Asset Management Technician is responsible for assisting with the asset management for the University, which includes maintaining databases for campuses and properties.

ABOUT YOU

You will have a minimum of an HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Architectural Technology, Architecture, building services or a related construction discipline, and significant post-qualification experience working as an Architectural/Building Services Technician in a relevant setting (e.g., higher education, commercial, public sector, or consultancy).

You will have demonstrable experience in document filing and producing detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, knowledge of Revit, experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, and experience of setting up and maintaining filing structures relating to health and safety, drawings, asset management, and data storage.
