Domestic Energy Assessor

Domestic Energy Assessor TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking for a Domestic Energy Assessor to cover surveys in South Wales. As a Domestic Energy Assessor you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties by assessing key elements such as kitchen,bathroom,central heating. Your responsibilities will include:
Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards. Applying the HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) to identify health and safety risks at each location Conducting Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments to determine energy efficiency ratings Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms etc.

EPC only Lodgment covered Outside IR35 Ideal Candidates:
