Job DescriptionWe are looking for highly motivated graduates to join our Technical Project Management and Technical Advisory teams across the UK.
Our teams help clients deliver complex building and infrastructure projects from initial business case through design, procurement, construction and handover. Working alongside experienced Technical Advisers and Project Managers, you will support the management and delivery of projects across sectors including Education, Health, Justice, Defence, Science and Government. This work helps our clients improve the performance of their estates, reduce carbon emissions and deliver long-term social value.

What You'll Be DoingAs a Graduate Technical Project Manager, you will work alongside experienced Technical Advisers and Project Managers to support the successful delivery of projects throughout their lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting client and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Assisting with the planning, programming and coordination of projects.
- Monitoring project progress, risks, actions and key deliverables.
- Supporting procurement and contract administration activities.
- Assisting with project financial management and forecasting.
- Coordinating information and communications between clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
- Participating in design reviews, project meetings and site visits.
- Supporting project governance, quality assurance and reporting processes.
- Preparing project updates, presentations and monthly reports.
- Working as part of multidisciplinary project delivery teams to help deliver projects on time, within budget and in accordance with client requirements.
- Developing relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Supporting senior team members in the delivery of technical advisory and project management commissions.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop a broad range of technical, commercial and project management skills while working on some of the UK's most significant public sector programmes.

To be eligible for this opportunity, you will have less than 12 months' relevant experience (excluding placements) and have achieved, or be expected to achieve, a bachelor's degree (obtained no earlier than 2025) in one of the following disciplines:
- Construction Project Management
- Construction Management
- Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering
- Environmental Project Management
- Quantity Surveying
- Other relevant built environment disciplines
