Asbestos Surveyor

RSK Ireland Ltd is seeking an experienced asbestos surveyor for our Belfast office. This role is a mixture of Home/Site/office-based work and is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual with strong interpersonal skills to advance their career.

• Asbestos Surveys (Management, Refurbishment and Demolition)
• Production of Management plans and remediation strategies
• Reinspections and condition monitoring
• UKAS accredited Bulk  in Coventry
• UKAS accredited Air monitoring services (Reassurances, Backgrounds and 4-Stage Clearances)
• Expert Witness
• UKATA approved Cat A and CAT B training
• Specialism of Asbestos in Soil projects

• Survey properties for the presence of asbestos
• Create survey reports including plans, photos and recommendations
• Prepare management plans for surveyed properties
• Work predominantly in NI with occasional travel to ROI client sites
• Contact clients while on site or in the office to inform them of any issues that arise

• Relevant P certificates and at least 2‑3 years documented experience
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with air testing software – desirable but not essential
• Can work independently under pressure and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
