P3M Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to join our delivery team supporting major Defence and shipbuilding programmes across the UK. The role will provide embedded scheduling expertise within a complex, multi-disciplinary environment, ensuring robust baseline management, accurate progress reporting, and alignment with project controls and PMO functions.

This position is suited to an experienced scheduler who can integrate seamlessly with client teams, maintain high standards of delivery, and uphold P3M’s reputation for technical excellence and professional integrity.

• Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using SAFRAN Project
  .
• Manage baseline changes, dependencies, and critical path across multiple work packages.
• Conduct regular schedule updates, variance analysis, and progress reporting.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) processes and integration of schedule and cost data.
• Provide planning guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and production functions to maintain schedule accuracy.
• Prepare and present monthly schedule reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with client planning standards, procedures, and governance.

• Proven experience in project scheduling within Defence
  , Shipbuilding
  , or major Engineering environments.
• Advanced user of SAFRAN Project or Primavera P6
  .
• Strong understanding of EVM
  , baseline control, and schedule risk analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an integrated project team.
• Familiarity with SAP-PS or similar enterprise project systems is advantageous.
