The successful candidate will be mentored in the compilation of support inspections, reporting, and action tracking, while developing internal capability and succession for the future. The Trainee Compliance Advisor will report to the Head of Compliance.
- Direct involvement with Stakeholders and Subcontractors in developing and producing Project Specific Inspection Test Plans as part of the mentoring process
- Assist with the creation of audit reports highlighting positive and negative findings and ensuring matters raised are concluded to the satisfaction of project requirements
- Being flexible to travel throughout the UK and Ireland to support business requirements
- Provide support to at tender presentations if required
- Some experience in construction
- Good communication and the ability to develop and nurture relationships with Site Teams, Subcontractors and other Departments when required
- A hardworking attitude and willingness to develop new skills and contribute to the company’s values
- Strong organisational skills to handle multiple deadlines and projects
- Competency in using different IT software packages
