A public housing organization in Belfast is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead the delivery of engineering services for housing improvement and maintenance programmes. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant BTEC qualification, combined with 3 to 5 years of experience in the construction industry. The successful candidate will provide professional advice on new build projects carried out by Housing Associations.

This permanent position offers a salary range of £45,091 to £51,536 annually.
