You will work with collaborative design teams across the country and the world, in an exciting era for UK highways, where intelligent networks, autonomous technology and mobility as a service are emerging.

• Be part of the team responsible for the technical delivery of highway infrastructure projects using highways design, drainage and other engineering software packages.
• Mentor and coach team members and take responsibility for their technical development.
• Assist Project Managers on technical aspects of designs from project initiation through to completion.
• Delegate work to team members, program deliverables and monitor progress.
• Support the business in work‑winning activities, including representing the business at networking events and preparing tenders.
