You'll take ownership of mechanical design, contribute to project delivery, and support junior engineers within the business. Lead mechanical design on projects from concept to handover Work closely with clients, consultants and internal teams Deliver compliant, high-quality engineering solutions Attend site meetings, carry out inspections and review technical submittals Prepare reports, design documentation and project updates Manage project costs relating to mechanical packages Support client relationships and project delivery strategy Mentor junior engineers and support team development Coordinate designs alongside wider engineering disciplines What you'll need to succeed Minimum 5 years' experience in a consultancy environment Degree in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering (or similar) Strong knowledge of HVAC, water services and mechanical design standards Experience across UK/ROI commercial-scale MEP projects Proficiency in Hevacomp, AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks Strong communication and reporting skills Chartered Engineer status or working towards this What you'll get in return This is a business that genuinely looks after its people.
