About Storm Harvester

Storm Harvester helps wastewater utilities predict and prevent issues like flooding and pollution before they happen, protecting communities and reducing costs. We are the market leader in this space. At its core, Storm Harvester’s advanced anomaly detection system analyses data from thousands of sensors, turning it into precise, actionable insights that drive smarter decisions.

About the role

Working primarily within the engineering organisation, across all delivery and engineering teams, this role is to take on ownership and responsibility for planning and delivery of product features and customer enhancements. This can be across any of our products and will involve new features and enhancements to existing features ensuring a coordinated managed approach to consider the business need, technical requirements, required team inputs, planning and delivery.

It will involve aspects across: programme management, project management, product management.

This is a wide ranging role to incorporate an understanding of our products, features, interactions, utilisation, configurations, customer deployments, services, architecture and roadmap determinations. It will involve planning for roadmap and possibly other customer or engineering delivery areas, including scoping functionality, determining team and capability requirements, creating plans and milestones, communication of these, tracking and planning throughout, and reporting of status, risks and mitigations.

We want accountability across all delivery teams for committing to work to time frames and being responsible for their outputs. You will act as stakeholder to development teams with respect to delivery performance (velocity, quality, scope), prioritisations, feature clarifications, and providing context about Solutions/Customers/Deliveries.
