The Role Lead, motivate and develop a team of maintenance engineers Coordinate planned preventative maintenance activities Manage reactive maintenance and minimise production downtime Support continuous improvement and engineering projects Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive performance improvements Work closely with production teams to maximise plant efficiency Support training and development within the engineering team
