What youll be doing:
Leading and inspiring engineering teams in a collaborative, digital-first environment Managing delivery from concept to commissioning ensuring projects hit scope, budget, and quality targets Coordinating with procurement, construction, commissioning, and client teams Keeping health & safety front and centre in all designs Driving continuous improvement and supporting business growth What were looking for:
Degree-qualified Engineer with leadership experience in multi-disciplinary teams Background in design & build delivery, ideally in the water sector Familiarity with NEC3/4 PSC and contract administration Digital engineering know-how A proven track record of delivering complex engineering solutions Benefits include:
