Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Days) Description We are hiring for our client, a well-established and highly respected manufacturing business in Belfast, to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Days). This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer seeking a stable, long-term role with a Monday-Friday dayshift pattern, strong earning potential and an excellent benefits package. The successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer will join a busy maintenance team supporting production through planned preventative maintenance, fault finding and continuous improvement activities across a modern manufacturing environment.

The Role
* Carry out planned preventative and reactive electrical maintenance across manufacturing equipment
* Diagnose faults and minimise downtime in a fast-paced production environment
* Support continuous improvement and reliability projects across site
* Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure maximum machine performance
* Assist with electrical installations, upgrades and equipment improvements
* Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

The Person
* Time served Electrical Maintenance Engineer or equivalent engineering qualification
* Previous maintenance engineering experience within manufacturing, production or industrial environments
* Strong fault finding and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment would be advantageous
* Positive attitude with a proactive approach to maintenance and reliability The Reward * £40,500 basic salary
