Position: Junior Manufacturing Engineer TLNT1_NI
Junior Manufacturing Engineer Belfast 4 day week Salary approx. £30,000 plus bonus An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join a leading global manufacturer. This position will play a key role in delivering new product introductions, driving process improvements, and supporting strategic engineering projects within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the introduction of new products and manufacturing processes
* Implement process design and quality requirements in line with APQP and PPAP standards
* Identify, procure, and coordinate installation of tooling, equipment, and capital projects
* Apply Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) principles throughout product development
* Liaise with internal teams and customers to translate technical requirements into manufacturing solutions
* Ensure all new products and processes meet health & safety requirements
* Develop and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing for costing purposes
* Coordinate and implement complex engineering changes
* Conduct structured problem solving and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations Requirements
* Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
* Experience in a manufacturing engineering environment
* Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and/or APQP
