Your new company A leading infrastructure programme is seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to support a major civil engineering initiative focused on surveying and improving existing infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a structured and safety-critical environment. Your new role As a Graduate Engineer, you will be responsible for surveying and recording existing drainage and associated infrastructure.

Working as part of a wider engineering team, you will support ongoing works aimed at improving resilience and addressing potential points of failure. This role will involve:
Conducting site inspections and surveys of drainage and earthworks assets. Recording and reporting infrastructure condition data accurately

Working in line with strict health and safety procedures. Supporting engineers with field-based data collection

Shift work including nights and weekends as required What you'll need to succeed A degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

Ideally 1-2 years' UK experience

Full Manual UK driving licence (must be able to drive a manual vehicle)
Strong attention to detail and willingness to work outdoors

Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekendsA Personal Track Safety (PTS) card would be advantageous, but is not essential (training can be provided). What you'll get in return Competitive salary Significant earning potential through enhanced rate:

Weekend work paid at 1.5x ;

Night shifts paid at 2x Opportunity to gain specialist experience in infrastructure inspection Training and certification support, including PTS if required

Long-term contract running until approximately Summer 2027.
