NIFHA - Northern Ireland Federation of Housing Association is seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor to assess and report on the condition of its properties in Belfast. This role requires 3rd level education in Building Surveying and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
The ideal candidate will have technical skills in asset management systems and strong report writing capabilities. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement along with generous benefits including an optional pension scheme, 23 days annual leave, and additional holiday entitlements.
