Transferable Skills Engineer

We are looking for a Trainee Lift Engineer to join our Installation team in Belfast. You will work up to 24 months as a Lift Engineer Mate/trainee working with experienced Lift Engineers to learn and understand the company and requirements to become a qualified Lift Engineer.

The trainee scheme is likely to take up to 3 years to complete to become a fully qualified NVQ level 3 Engineer in installation.

• Hold 5 GCSE grades A-C including Maths, English and Science.
• Ideally possess one of the following:
  Level 2 Foundation Course in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Level 2 Performing Engineering Operations or BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering.
• Able to follow instructions and ensuring safety guidelines are followed at all time.
• Demonstrate a willingness to develop and learn new skills.
• You will spend 24-36 months as a Lift Engineer Mate/trainee working with experienced Lift Engineers to learn and understand the company and requirements to become a qualified Lift Engineer.
