Project Validations Engineer

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Project Validation Engineer to join a leading manufacturing environment, supporting the introduction of new equipment, processes, and technologies while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. You will:
Develop and execute IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols and reports. Lead validation projects from planning through to completion. Conduct risk assessments, including FMEA, and support root cause investigations. Ensure compliance with quality standards and good documentation practices. Drive continuous improvement and support process optimisation initiatives. Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams on testing and validation activities.

You will have:

Degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Experience in Validation, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering. Knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ, FMEA in manufacturing environments. Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will receive:
