Job Description

Join our dynamic water team as a Principal Clean Water Modeller in Belfast. In this role you support our hydraulic modelling projects and help shape the future of the water industry.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Expertise: Provide technical lead on modelling and engineering outputs. Engage with clients to support framework mining and work‑winning.
• Lead: Coordinate field teams, delegate tasks, and visit sites to liaise locally with clients and our global team.
• Deliver: Build and calibrate models, optimise design solutions, conduct feasibility and asset-management/planning analysis, produce technical reports and documentation, and complete health‑and‑safety risk assessments.
• Support: Mentor junior staff on technical matters.

• Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience in hydraulic network modelling and drafting technical specifications and scopes of work.
• Proficiency with GIS and either Infoworks WS‑Pro or Synergi.
• Experience reviewing projects/models, providing design and optioneering input, and preparing proposals.
• Obtained or working toward chartership with CIWEM, ICE, or an equivalent body.
