Electrical Design Engineer

Your new role As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and development of electrical systems for a range of bespoke engineering projects.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing electrical schematics and wiring harnesses using CAD software Developing automation systems, PLC programmes, and control logic Supporting fault-finding and diagnostics in electrical systems ??

Selecting and integrating sensors, actuators, and industrial automation components Contributing to problem-solving, system optimisation, and continuous improvement Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you will have: A degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline Experience in electrical design within an industrial or manufacturing environment Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial automation systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Knowledge of relevant electrical standards and regulations What you'll get in return
