Senior Clean Water Modeller

Your new company Join a globally recognised engineering and environmental consultancy with a strong presence across the UK and Ireland. This organisation is involved in delivering innovative water infrastructure projects that improve resilience, sustainability, and water security for communities nationwide. Due to continued growth within their Water team, they are seeking a Senior Clean Water Modeller to support the delivery of major water infrastructure programmes from their Belfast office.

Your new role As a Senior Clean Water Modeller, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of clean water network modelling projects across a range of frameworks and commissions. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing, maintaining, and analysing clean water hydraulic models. Supporting the planning and design of water distribution networks. Undertaking network analysis, pressure management, leakage reduction, and capacity assessments. Delivering technical reports and providing modelling solutions to clients. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, planners, and project managers. Mentoring and supporting junior team members. Engaging with water utility clients and contributing to project delivery and business development activities.

What you'll need to succeed Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline. Proven experience in clean water network modelling within the UK water sector. Strong knowledge of hydraulic modelling software such as Info Water Pro, Info Works WS Pro, Synergi, or EPANET. Understanding of water distribution systems, asset management, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Chartership or working towards professional accreditation would be advantageous.
